UPCOMING SCHEDULE
Golden Rule Real Estate School (GRRS) offers a variety of flexible schedules, which includes Hybrid. Our courses include real estate salespersons, brokers, and continuing education courses.
Below are the prerequisites to obtaining a salespersons license:
- High School Education or Equivalent
- At least age 18 (or turning 18 at the time of the State Exam)
- 75-hour pre-licensure course
- Evidence of Good Moral Character
- Legal Resident of the U.S (citizenship not required)
- Pass State Examination
- A salesperson candidate must also be sponsored by an NJ Broker
- Additional requirements may be required for a Broker's Licensure

EXPRESS DAY COURSE
Duration: 2 weeks
Day Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 5 pm
Study/Cram for State
If you took the real estate course somewhere else and are not able to pass the State exam, we offer a special study session to help you pass the exam
($99).
4 WEEK EVENING COURSE
Monday-Thursday
5:15 pm - 10 pm
